Millstone Trails Association – Summer

WARNING: Trails are now CLOSED due to Hunting season. The Trails & the Barre Town Forest are in agreement to close the Trails for the start of Rifle Season. Please respect & stay safe. Hopefully an update soon after our Annual Meeting about our Winter Plans. Thank you to Everyone that Supports us. We couldn’t do it without you.

We are now open for the  season.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  All of our trails are open except for Woodside.

The Magic Wheel Bike Shop is now located at the Millstone Store. They are a full service bike shop with sales of bikes and accessories and they provide bike demos and repairs.  Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.  Their phone number is 595-9853 and website address is

Our prices are the same as last year.  Please check out the Blog for the current trail conditions and our Facebook Page for updates. We hope to see you on the trails soon.

Winter Dog Policy – Please do not bring dogs from noon on Fridays through noon on Sundays because of grooming.  Thanks for your cooperation.

Summer Dog Policy – Millstone allows dogs on our trails but they must be leashed when they are in the village area.

Credit Card Policy

The Millstone Trails Association is not currently set up to accept credit cards. We have 2 ATM machines located within 2 miles of us at the general stores. We will also accept local checks with the appropriate ID and Canadian money at par. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
